The First floor main living space in this charming Beach House has been professionally decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings, and Modern chic décor. There is large comfortable seating and a large smart HDTV. Just off the main living area is a spacious deck with a beautiful view of the lagoon & pool and a Dining set with plenty of seating so you can have a family meal outside while watching the sunset. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6 and bar seating areas. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware so you can make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Behind the Kitchen is a full bathroom for your guests to enjoy and the Master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a luxurious shower.
Upstairs are the 3 guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have wall-mounted smart HDTVs and bathroom access. One bedroom has a private bedroom with a full bathroom and while the other 2 guest rooms share a Full bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to the deck overlooking the lagoon again.
The washer and Dryer are also located on the second-floor hallway.
The Pool area has 4 lounge chairs for seating. There is an outdoor shower area you can clean off sand after a day at the beach and you can cool off again in the pool for more fun ! At night, LED lights will illuminate the pool for better ambiance and an Outdoor BBQ grill is also available so you can cook your favorite grills throughout your stay.
Main floor Patio has 2 Adirondack chairs with end table and 6 seater Dining table for outdoor dining while you enjoy the breathtaking sunset view.
Top floor patio has 4 additional Adirondack chairs with 2 end tables and has the best view of the lagoon and all year round amazing sunset views.
Ground-level provides ample parking spaces under the first-floor main level. It also has an outside storage unit that houses beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, ice coolers, and pool toys so that you don't have to bring any bulk items to fully enjoy the beach experience.
Neighborhood overviewPublic beach access is minutes away at West Beach Blvd. with lighted pedestrian crosswalk or take a walk on the boardwalk meandering alongside Little Lagoon to the Little Lagoon Pass Park and Pier.
Spend the day at the beach or kayaking in the Lagoon and then choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area.

-Linens and bath towels come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
- Use of pool is at the own risk of the guests. Please have adult present at all times with children. No diving or any dangerous activities allowed. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

- Pet Fee $300/pet per stay (max 2 allowed, 30 lbs max)
- Check in is 4PM and Check out is 10AM
- Early check or late checkout only based on availability and additional fee of $200 per 4 hours
- Max occupancy is 12 (exceeding this limit will result in vacating the property without refund)
- Guest agree that damage to any furnishing and amenities will be compensated by guests
Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the house, the pool and the pier and use of kayaks, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and /or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
