- PARKING RULE:
DO NO PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY. PARK ON ROAD BEFORE THE DRIVEWAY. THERE ARE SOME STEEP ROADS TO THE PROPERTY. MUST HAVE 4X4 OR CHAIN DURING WINTER WHEN IT SNOWS.

- Do not leave food outside or it will attract bears. must place all sealed trash inside bearproof trashbin

- House-trained pets are welcomed; $300 for 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that Airbnb only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via Airbnb resolution center.

- No Refund due to weather or circumstances out of our control.

- Please understand that if we found any damages to the cabin (stained sheets, ruined towels & linens, etc.), guest will be liable to pay for the damages.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in anytime is 4pm and Check out is 10am. No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.

★ INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet
Smart TVs in each bedroom

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival, Nearest grocery FOOD LION store is 12min away)

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We have weekly scheduled trash pick ups.

★ HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub for 7 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
